We spent a relaxing two weeks in No1 grapevines, a spacious, comfortable villa in a small complex with a good size shared pool and plenty of sunbeds to go round. The villa was equipped with everything we needed, The booking process was easy and owner Peter was very helpful.
The Pefki Gorge is worth a walk, we did it both up and back down, (with lots of rest stops on the pretext of admiring the scenery). The town beaches are nice but a bit busy and we preferred the much quieter Diaskari beach, just a five min walk.
Excellent villa done to a reasonable high spec very clean and tidy grounds and gardens and large pool are all kept clean and tidy by Rosemary who will give you all the information about the area that you need. Very good tavernas and long sandy beach safe for swimming ideal for families groups and couples. This little village of Makrigialos is just a gem of a place fo a quiet relaxing holiday loved it especially the villa just great.

Immaculate property. Perfect for a family of 4. Lovely town with loads of reasonably priced and delicious food to choose from. Easy to walk to 2 different beaches. Lots of interesting day trips. The shared pool was a great way for the children to make new friends (still friends now) but not too busy to be annoying. A wonderful relaxing holiday we will remember for years to come!
We first stayed at No1 Grapevines when the property was newly built and loved it – so much so that we are just back after our fifth visit. The property itself is luxurious and a far cry from my first visits to Greece – it really is a home from home, you have all the facilities you could possibly need.
